Usage

{{Rewrite|note=|date=}}

This template is to be used for articles or sections that needs to be rewritten, usually due poor or informal writing. There is an optional note parameter to add further details, which will appear below the standard notice box text, and a date parameter to note when the article or section was tagged. All pages containing this template will be added to Category:Rewrite needed.
