A tweeter is a held item introduced in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. It is obtained from the Happy Home Showcase after connecting with ten people via StreetPass. There is also a known glitch for the tweeter as if so you have to host a town session or go to someone else's town to perform the glitch go to a location where you want to be glitched at and have the other player push you and if you wanna laugh tell the host tomsave if at there town.
