Movie screenshots[edit]
For the 2 alien screenshots that you recently uploaded, are these your own DVD screenshots, or did you screencap it from an existing upload online? Just wanted to know, because the source should be something like "DVD screenshot," to indicate the method of capture, or it should include a URL to the original source. Thanks! - Ah I see, so it's a screencap from an online re-upload of the movie. Actually I'm kind of unsure if we should have the Google Drive link as the source for legality reasons, but this is good information to make the source more accurate than just "screenshot." Image upload information[edit]
The images that you have been uploading are extremely helpful and have been a great addition to the wiki. That's why I was a bit hesitant to follow up with this, since I don't want to discourage the uploads, but could you make sure to add licensing and categories as applicable? Here is an example of what I mean by licensing and category. It would save me and other wiki editors a lot of time from adding this missing information. You can see all available licenses in the same form used for uploading images, and there is a list of image categories here. If you're not sure about which category, you can do the parent category that you feel is the most applicable, and it can be fixed by staff to be a more specific category, or you can ask me or another staff member if you're unsure which category makes sense.
