Worthy painting
Template:Infobox Painting The Worthy Painting is a painting that can be bought in all Animal Crossing series games. In Animal Crossing, it is available at Tom Nook's, but in other games, it can be bought only from Crazy Redd's. The Worthy Painting's real-life counterpart is Liberty Leading the People, and Eugéne Delacroix painted the work in 1830. A commeration of the July Revolution, the work depicts a bare breasted and footed woman who personifies the concept of Liberty and the goddess of the same name. Holding the flag of the French Revolution in one hand and a bayonetted musket in the other, she leads a group of determined fighters from a wide array of social classes — ranging from the bourgeoisie to the poor urban workers — over a mound of corpses. In Animal Crossing: New Leaf, there is no counterfeit of this painting.
