This little Nookling will be happy to help you at Nookington's, Tom Nook's super-sized department store. But don't confuse Tommy with his brother Timmy. That hurts Tommy's feelings. And don't confuse Tommy with the grand poo-bah, Tom Nook. That hurts Nook's feelings!

201 Tommy is a Series 4 Animal Crossing-e Character Card. It can be scanned in Animal Crossing at the e-Reader Transfer Machine in the post office to receive a letter and gift from Tommy, or on the Game Boy Advance by itself to display a different letter. The password on the card can also be sent in a letter to receive a letter and gift.

Scanning in Animal Crossing[edit]

Scanning this card at the e-Reader Transfer Machine in the post office causes Tommy to immediately send the player a letter that contains a Nook's portrait. The letter reads:

Hi! <player>,
Guess what? Mr. Nook told
me we're having a sale soon!
If there's anything you've
been raring to have, now's
your chance, yes?

Meet you at the dock, Tommy

Mailing the password[edit]

Typing the password printed on the card into a letter and mailing it to any villager causes Tommy to send the player a letter that contains a N logo after two more days of playing. The letter reads:

Good day to you, <player>,
I may look a little bit like
Timmy, but my name is
actually Tommy. But rather
than introduce myself, I'll
just give you this fine
harp!

Thank you much! Tommy

Scanning on the Game Boy Advance[edit]

Scanning this card while the Game Boy Advance is not connected to Animal Crossing displays the following message from Tommy:

Many people call me
Timmy, and that's
understandable, I get
that all the time.
But the other day I
went fishing with Lily
the frog. She's like a
fish out of water.
She always calls me
toady, Do you think
I should mention
something?
