As a photo item, interacting with the photo will give information on Agent S's birthday, star sign, and favorite saying.
Agent S's pic can be obtained from Agent S either if the player has high friendship with her, or if the player managed to catch Blanca when she is disguised as Agent S during April Fools' Day. This item is lucky while Agent S is currently living in the player's town, meaning it gives a 7,777-point Happy Home Academy bonus when placed in the player's house.
