The ancient princess sandals are a shoe item in Animal Crossing: New Horizons introduced in the 3.0 Free Update. When it is put on, "Puzzle Solved" from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild plays. This item is based on the sandals worn by Princess Zelda in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
The ancient princess sandals can be obtained from Nook Shopping for 2,000 Bells. It is only available for purchase if the player has scanned a compatible The Legend of Zelda amiibo.
In Happy Home Paradise, this item is unlocked for use in designing when doing a vacation home request for 
Mineru and 
Tulin. In addition, the item can be used to change the clothing of the player either during or after the designing process for screenshot purposes.
