The blue shiny-bows parasol is an umbrella item in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. The blue shiny-bows parasol acts like a tool, allowing the player to hold on to the item. Villagers will also carry this item during periods of rain. Interacting with the umbrella causes the player to spin it around.
