The green Hawaiian quilt rug can be obtained from Saharah's Co-Op on Harv's Island for 2,400 Bells. Once the item is touched by the player, they can then purchase this item from their catalog for 2,000 Bells.
No villagers have this item in their home.
In Happy Home Paradise, this item is unlocked for use in designing when doing a vacation home request for 
Charlise and 
Zoe. The item can also be unlocked when tasked by Lottie to design the café.
