The leaf umbrella is an umbrella item in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. The leaf umbrella acts like a tool, allowing the player to hold on to the item. Villagers will also carry this item during periods of rain. Interacting with the umbrella causes the player to spin it around.

The leaf umbrella can be obtained from crafting, which requires 15× clump of weeds. The recipe for this item can be obtained from big sister villagers, either when they are crafting in their house, or when the player receives their message bottle from the beach.

This item is used by Coco, Egbert, Samson, Sparro, Spork, Tank, and Tucker as their default umbrella during periods of rain. Drift has this item as their default umbrella, but will refrain from using the umbrella due to their status as a frog villager. Special characters that also features this item as their default umbrella include Timmy and Tommy.
