The ripe potato plant is an item in Animal Crossing: New Horizons introduced in the 2.0 Free Update. The plant produces potatoes for the player to pick. By default, only one potato is produced, but up to three potatoes can be produced if a watering can is used.
The ripe potato plant can be obtained from growing a seed potato or potato. The plant can be relocated by digging it up.
In Happy Home Paradise, this item is unlocked for use in designing when doing a vacation home request for
