As a photo item, interacting with the photo will give information on Rudy's birthday, star sign, and favorite saying.
Rudy's pic can be obtained from Rudy either if the player has high friendship with him, or if the player managed to catch Blanca when she is disguised as Rudy during April Fools' Day.
