Signature asking for template

I have followed all instructions on this page for my signature, but upon testing it, it's trying to look for a template doesn't exist. How can I fix this? (manually linking my user page for right now) Poppliopal Template:Poppliopal/sig 12:32, October 30, 2020 (EDT)

The location of your signature is at User:Poppliopal/sig, if you just put {{Poppliopal/sig}} it won't work. You want to use {{User:Poppliopal/sig}} which produces: ~ Poppliopal (talk). Hope that helps! (talk) 12:45, October 30, 2020 (EDT)
