The Reset Center opens at 7pm if you have the Early Bird ordinance active (and indeed, closes at 2am if Night Owl's enabled). This isn't mentioned on Nookipedia as far as I can see, so I'll go add it in! Drago (talk) 11:32, December 2, 2021 (EST)

If I'm understanding this correctly, you simply just have to encounter Don Resetti (who only appears after the player resets five times) to get him to appear in the RSC. The Jacketed Terrapin 17:01, August 14, 2024 (EDT)
