Usage
This template and documentation are taken from SmashWiki's Rollover template.
This is a simple wrapper for creating alt text, which can be displayed by hovering over, or clicking (the latter is necessary on touchscreen devices.)
{{alt|the text you want to display|the text you want in the alt text|put a "?" here to apply a dotted underline and ? cursor on the alt text}}
This is not to be used as a substitute for Template:Note. Generally, do not use this in article bodies or on talk pages, as it adds an unnecessary layer of comprehension difficulty.
