Usage

{{Move Request|<destination page>|note=}}

This template is to be used to nominate that a page be moved to a new name. This should be used when a move is likely to be disputed or if it is uncertain if a move should be performed. The first parameter is required and allows you to specify the proposed destination of the move, which will appear in the heading. There is an optional note parameter to add further details, which will appear below the standard notice box text. All pages containing this template will be added to Category:Pending move.
