This is a link template, intended to link to Super Smash Bros. 4 quicker and in different ways.

The template accepts up to four parameters:

• nolink - Will remove link but still produce game name in italics (e.g. Super Smash Bros. 4). Can be used in combination with sm, 3ds, wiiu, 3dswiiu/wiiu3ds, and one of the following: short, shorter, shortest.
• sm - Will make the name small text but still produce game name in italics (e.g. Super Smash Bros. 4). Can be used in combination with nolink, 3ds, wiiu, 3dswiiu/wiiu3ds, and one of the following: short, shorter, shortest.
• short - Will provide shorthand links (e.g. Smash 4). Can be used in combination with nolink, sm, 3ds, wiiu, and 3dswiiu/wiiu3ds.
• shorter - Will produce long acronyms instead of title names (e.g. SSB4). Can be used in combination with nolink, sm, 3ds, wiiu, and 3dswiiu/wiiu3ds.
• shortest - Will produce short acronyms instead of title names (e.g. SSB4). Can be used in combination with nolink, sm, 3ds, wiiu, and 3dswiiu/wiiu3ds.
• 3ds - Will only display the Nintendo 3DS title (e.g. Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS). Can be used in combination with nolink, sm, and one of the following: short, shorter, shortest.
• wiiu - Will only display the Wii U title (e.g. Super Smash Bros. for Wii U). Can be used in combination with nolink, sm, and one of the following: short, shorter, shortest.
• 3dswiiu/wiiu3ds - Will only display the official title (e.g. Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U). Can be used in combination with nolink, sm, and one of the following: short, shorter, shortest.

The parameters can be used in any order to achieve the same effect. (e.g. {{SSB4|sm|short|3dswiiu|nolink}} will yield the same results as {{SSB4|nolink|3dswiiu|short|sm}} → Smash 3DS / Wii U)
