Design Contests are monthly events accessible from the Happy Home Network in Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer. They are run by King Nook, and there is a different theme every month. Each contest includes related items to use in the design, similar to DLC, which the player can then use in later designs. Players can submit and vote on designs during the first half of each month, and the best designs are displayed in the Happy Home Network in the latter half.
