Run by [[Brewster]], it serves various blends of coffee that you can choose for 200 Bells after drinking 4 cups you are given the option to take it to go and drink it around town, one cup purchasable per day. Other special characters, such as [[Rover]], [[Pelly]], [[Kapp'n]], [[Phyllis]], and [[Mr. Resetti]], will occasionally sit in The Roost, along with some of the [[Player|player's]] town residents, and rarely villagers from another town. The player may also now get a part time job at the café after having 7 cups of coffee by talking to Brewster while standing to the right side of the bar.
