'''Silver tools''' are items found in {{CF}} and {{NL}}. The items are the silver [[axe]], [[net]], [[slingshot]], [[Watering can|can]], [[shovel]], and [[Fishing rod|rod]]. They have better attributes than the original tools, but are generally easier to obtain and less powerful than [[golden tool]]s.

In {{NL|short}}, the silver axe can be purchased from the [[Souvenir Shop]] for {{Currency|Medals|8}}. The silver axe can be used 136 times to hit trees or [[rock]]s. It is also faster than the regular axe and will always leave [[Tree#Special stump designs|special stump designs]] when chopping down [[tree]]s.

In {{CF|short}}, the silver can will be mailed to the player by [[Posy Farm]] the next day after purchasing 50 [[flower]] seeds from [[Tom Nook's store]]. It can be used to revive wilted [[red turnip]]s, although this will cause them to shrink back to their smallest size.

In {{NL|short}}, the silver can can be obtained from [[Leif]] after purchasing 50 flower seeds from [[Garden Shop|his store]]. It can water up to five flowers at once (the regular watering can will only water flowers on the space the player is standing on.)
