Howdy there. Welcome to Nookipedia. I would suggest using the "Show Preview" button, located next to the "Save Changes" button when making changes to your userpage. This will allow you to see how your page is going to look with the edits you've done, without actually committing them to the page. Doing this helps both the server host and the site administration. I suspect this user is farming edits. By the way, I'm not accusing anyone. This user's only contributions were user page edits, and all their edits were little things, one by one.
