Is this really a screenshot? I cropped it off of this image and the licensing for that one isn't screenshot...--Animalcrossingguy1 18:32, 1 January 2011 (EST)

Yep, it's a screenshot, as it is an image of a video game. Note that many of the images on this wiki are either missing licensing information or are not licensed properly. The image you linked to (which I have now fixed) simply stated the licensing as "File uploaded by photographer or author." However, that gives no information about the actual licensing information of the image, which is that it is a fully copyrighted video game screenshot that we are using under the fair use doctrine. ~SuperHamster Talk 18:49, 1 January 2011 (EST)
