While I agree that he doesn't fit neatly into either category, I thought that the points made by the editor on the [[Talk:Special characters|talk page]] provided good reasoning for the change. Either way I think it would have been more appropriate to undo the edit (so that you could provide a reason for the reversion) rather than using the rollback button. Alternatively, a rollback + talk page discussion would have also been welcome. Rover's placement doesn't matter much either way, I was just a little confused and thought maybe I had missed some sort of previous discussion regarding where he should go as the reversion was made without reason.
