Even though the items are unobtainable, that doesn't mean they are unused content. They are very used, and you can encounter them via normal gameplay if you play Happy Home Paradise. I feel that the notice is misleading because it states "unused content that cannot be seen through normal gameplay." The unused content notice should be for like actual unused items that would require the player to hack the game (like the {{I|blue argyle tank|NL}} in New Leaf or the blue Pikmin and red Pikmin in City Folk), since hacking is not normal gameplay. Items that are used in the DLC that you can equip but can't own as a physical item in your main file, or content you could see via glitches, is not exactly unused, because you are able to physically interact with them via normal gameplay. It's used content, classified as nonstandard items/content.
