It does not waste any space, it does not do any harm. It's annoying, yes, but there's no harm done and no space wasted. - Actually, believe it or not it's not WASTING PRECIOUS SPACE. I administrate a wiki with thousands of unused images, which are in the process of being deleted, but the point still stands. It does not waste any space, it does not do any harm. It's annoying, yes, but there's no harm done and no space wasted.
