• Houses that villagers live in.

A house is a essential in all games, in New Horizons, the player starts out in a tent and have to pay off their itemized bill or moving fee and then after paying it, Tom Nook asks them how their tent is treating them. This leads to Tom Nook suggesting that they move in to a house. When the player's tent gets upgraded into a house all other Villagers on the island will have their houses upgraded into a house but additional players must pay off their moving fee to get a house instead of receiving a house automatically like the Villagers and the Resident Representative. In games prior to New Horizons the player had a house and not a tent. When the player pays off the loan they had to take out to build a house Tom Nook will suggest an expansion for their house.
