- Hamster cage is almost definitely unlocked from balloons, however, the New Horizons item pages are all drawing data from the New Horizons spreadsheet, which does not specify which items come from balloons. It would be good to include this data if it gets datamined and include it on all pages for consistency. But as the situation is currently, it would be inconsistent to attempt to manually research the hundreds of items in the game, as that has a large potential for inaccuracy.
