Editing Bulletin board

The board's location differs from game to game. In {{PG}}, it is located in the center of the plaza containing the four [[player house]]s. The board is located directly to the left of the [[town hall]] in {{WW|short}} and {{CF|short}}, the [[train station]] in {{NL|short}}, and the [[Resident Services]] building in {{NH|short|nolink}}. The board has a consistent design in every game, a rustic wooden board painted red on the top. However in {{NH|short|nolink}} only, it is replaced by a more elegant and modern noticeboard once the Resident Services has been upgraded.

Starting from {{CF|short|nolink}}, a small yellow bird will perch on top of the board when there is a new notice. It will fly away when the player approaches and not return once all new notices have been read until another new notice is posted. The small yellow bird can also be heard when the player goes out of their house in the morning to start their game. From {{NL|short|nolink}}-onwards, an owl will appear on top of the board during the night instead. This bird can be seen on the cover of {{CF|short|nolink}} carrying a [[Clover#Lucky clovers|four-leaf clover]] in its mouth. In {{NLWa|short}}, it appears in the {{I|sapling clock|NL}} furniture item, where it is perched in a miniature version of the [[event plaza]]'s [[town tree]]. In {{PC|short}}, it appears in the {{I|folktale forest tree|PC}} furniture item from the [[Folktale Set]], where it is perched inside a large hole within the tree.
