The Japanese name is the ''Christmas Series'', reflecting the Japanese name for [[Toy Day]]. In {{PG}}, {{CF}}, and {{NL}}, the items in this series are household [[furniture]] that are primarily red, or red and green, in color, with white trimming. Almost all furniture, except for the Jingle Table, has a triangular red top with a white sphere at the tip, resembling a Santa hat. Many items also have mistletoe or Christmas wreaths incorporated into their designs. After the series received a redesign in {{NH}}, the furniture no longer resembles household furniture and is now themed after various Christmas and [[winter]]-related items, such as decorated pine trees, round Christmas tree ornaments, Christmas presents, winter outdoor house decorations, and sleighs.
