The '''Sea Bass''' (スズキ, ''Suzuki'') is a saltwater [[fish]] in the {{SER}} introduced in {{PG}}. Throughout the {{SER|nolink}}, the Sea Bass is known for being an extremely common fish, as noted by the player in its [[catch quote]]s in {{WW|short}}, {{CF|short}}, and {{NL|short}}.

In {{PG|nolink}}, the Sea Bass does not appear from mid-August to approximately the 10th of [[September]].<ref>[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VSg8UN4A8So www.youtube.com/watch?v=VSg8UN4A8So]</ref> Therefore, during the first ten days of September, only [[Red Snapper]]s, [[Barred Knifejaw]]s and, during rain, [[Coelacanth]]s will appear in the sea. This allows the [[player]] to earn large amounts of [[Bells]] in a short time. 

In {{NL|nolink}}, the Sea Bass is used in the Soup de Poisson and Sea Bass Sauté recipes for the [[Harvest Festival]].
