Party Popper

A Party Popper is a festive handheld item. The party popper, like the roman candle and the sparkler, is given to the player during special events by Tortimer and is given out at random. It is not the same as the sparkler or roman candle, as it shoots out confetti when activated and does not last as long, and neither does it come in different varieties of color.
