This page is meant for Animal Crossing: New Horizons There is no current page for these on older versions. A Housing Kit is a item that you can get on construction of the Resident Services building. On building, Tom Nook will give you 3 of them which require 6 pieces of Furniture to be built. After the construction of those 3 homes, you can buy them from Tom Nook for 10,000 Bells each. To buy them talk to Tom Nook in Resident Services and select "Let's talk infrastructure."
