Note that it cannot be used for neither obvious vandal, spammer, nor sockpuppet talk pages since such pages should not be created in the first place. The length parameter indicates the duration of the user's block (leave empty if user is blocked indefinitely). The reason parameter indicates the reason why the user violates the wiki's policies. The date parameter indicates the date of this block. All pages containing this template will be added to Category:Blocked Users.
