The Pro Construction License is an item in Animal Crossing: New Horizons introduced in the 2.0 Free Update. When used, the Resident Representative can inquire Tom Nook to build two additional bridges and inclines. This item cannot be placed in the player's storage.

It can be obtained from Nook Stop for  3,000 Nook Miles. The item only appears at Nook Stop if the player is the Resident Representative and has eight bridges and inclines already present on their island.
