| + | Do we need this article? As far as I can tell, the windmill is just a minor Town Fund/public works project and doesn't affect gameplay in any meaningful way. The only notable parts are the Town Fund donation/construction process and the glitch in City Folk, both of which are already [[Town fund|covered]] [[Glitch|elsewhere]]. Do we need this article? As far as I can tell, the windmill is just a minor Town Fund/public works project and doesn't affect gameplay in any meaningful way. The only notable parts are the Town Fund donation/construction process and the glitch in City Folk, both of which are already covered elsewhere. Drago (talk)
