Weeding Day

Template:Event Infobox Grass Day is an event that happens on September 3rd in Animal Crossing: New Leaf for the Japanese version, and April 3rd in the US and UK versions. Leif will hold this event when the Garden Center has been built on Main Street. The event is described as a day for the town's villagers to come and remove weeds from around the town, though this is up to the player.

Events

On Grass Day Lief will be at the Event Plaza where he will tell the player how many weeds (clovers do not count) he wants pulled from around the town to get one of the 12 pieces of furniture from the Flower set. The player can repeat this in till there are no more weeds they can removed, the player can continue pulling weeds though in other players town to continue getting the prizes from Lief.

If on Grass Day the player has no weeds in their town, Leif will tell the player about three new public works projects - the round, square, and tulip topiaries.

The furniture from the Flower set that Lief gives out after the number of weeds are pulled are listed bellow.

Names of these items are currently unknown for the English release of Animal Crossing: New Leaf
