Party Popper

A Party Popper is a festive handheld item. The party popper, like the roman candle and the sparkler, is given to the player during special events, including New Year's Eve, by Tortimer and is given out at random. However, in Animal Crossing: New Leaf, it can be bought from the Nookling Stores in the month of December for 300 Bells. It is not the same as the sparkler or roman candle, as it shoots out confetti when activated and does not last as long, and neither does it come in different varieties of color.
