A pinwheel can be obtained by speaking to Phineas at the city on a sunny or cloudy day. The pinwheel can be broken by running into a tree. Pinwheels come in 8 different colors; green, cyan, blue, indigo, pink, red, orange, and yellow. Pinwheels cannot be ordered from the catalog.
