The shopping card is an item in Animal Crossing: City Folk. When in the player's pockets, it can be used to make purchases at GracieGrace and the auction house using funds from their savings account.
The shopping card can be obtained in a letter from the Bank of Nintendo after the player saves 
10,000 Bells at the ABD. The card can be reissued at the ABD in town hall if it is lost.
