'''Winnie''' is a [[peppy]], [[horse]] [[villager]] from the {{SER}}. She was absent from {{WW}} and returns in {{CF}}. Her name is a reference to whinnying, an onomatopoeia for the sound a horse makes, and the given name Winnie. Her Japanese name comes from ''makiba'', meaning ranch, and "star", referring to the star on her forehead. Her catchphrase is a combination of the words "hay" and "A-OK". She can be seen in the cover of {{CF}} under a [[tree]] reading a book.

Winnie is a brown [[horse]] with a white nose and a yellow star on her forehead, which is higher up in {{PG}}. She has blue inner ears and dark brown hair, that appears in a ponytail. She initially wears a Cow Shirt.

As a peppy villager, Winnie will always appear to be in a good mood. She will get along with other villagers including the [[player]].
