'''Dotty''' is a [[peppy]], [[rabbit]] [[villager]] in the {{SER}}. Her name relates to her large, circled eyes and area of her ears, though it could also be a reference to the word "dotty", which means "small", hence her catchphrase "wee one". "Dotty" can also mean "eccentric", and to be "dotty" about something means to like, love, or show a great interest in something or someone. Both of these fit with the airheaded, yet positive nature of peppy villagers.

Dotty is a white rabbit with black spots (called a Dutch rabbit) and tall ears that are sea green inside. She has a smile by default and round eyes which go red when she is surprised or shocked. Her paws are white (known as "white socks") while her arms are black. She has no visible nose.

As a peppy villager, she will always appear to be in a good mood. She will get along with other villagers including the [[player]], making it easy to befriend her and gain her [[picture]] in {{WW}}. She will enjoy the usual [[hobbies]], and may ask the player for [[bugs]] or [[fish]] that she finds cute. She will easily get upset, but due to a short attention span she will forget ever having the conversation. Like all peppy villagers, she dreams of becoming famous in the future and reads [[Ms. Nintendique]], an unseen magazine read by [[snooty]] and peppy villagers in {{WW}}. She will get on well with [[normal]], [[lazy]], [[jock]] and other [[peppy]] villagers, but may annoy snooty and [[cranky]] villagers with her upbeat personality.
