Nookipedia's Administrators are trusted wiki users who have access to a number of funtions on the site, such as deleting pages, blocking users, and editing the wiki's interface. Users, usually Lead Editors, can be given admin rights by a Director or Bureaucrat.

Administrators have all of the powers of a Lead Editor, as well as the following abilities:
- Blocks user from editing and sending e-mails
- Bypass IP blocks, auto-blocks, range blocks, and automatic blocks of proxies
- Unblock themselves
- Create new user accounts
- Delete pages with large histories
- Restore deleted pages
- View deleted pages, deleted history entries, and deleted text/changes
- Perform string replacements on the entire wiki
- Edit other users' personal CSS and JavaScript files
- Edit the user interface through the edits of MediaWiki pages
- Import pages from other wikis and files uploads
- Mark rolled-back edits as bot edits
- Upload files from a URL
- Move files
- Suppress redirects when moving pages
- Not be affected by rate limits
- Submit a trackback
- Use higher limits in API queries
- View a list of unwatched pages
