'''O'Hare''' is a [[rabbit]] in the {{SER}}. He first appeared in {{DnM+}} as a [[cranky]] [[islander]], and after his appearance in {{DnMe+}}, he remained absent from the series until {{NL}}, where he returns as a [[smug]] [[villager]]. His name is likely a pun on ''hare'', an animal similar to a rabbit.

O'Hare is a dark brown rabbit with orange hair, a green nose, black eyes, and green on the insides of his ears. He also wears a yellow straw hat with a black trim, which is also worn by the other two cranky islanders, [[Flash]] and [[Rowan]] (only in {{DnM+|nolink}}, {{PG}}, and {{DnMe+|nolink}} for the latter).

Due to being an islander, O'Hare's cranky personality is different than the normal cranky personality behavior. While cranky villagers are rude, easily angered, and belittling, O'Hare acts more like the [[smug]] personality introduced in {{NL}} (which O'Hare would later switch to), being gentlemanly and polite, but also arrogant and conceited. This behavior is also shared with [[Curlos]], [[Flash]], [[Frank]], [[Rowan]] and [[Weldon]], the other cranky islanders.

In {{NL|short|nolink}} and the games that succeed afterwards, O'Hare is a smug villager, meaning he will come off as a gentlemen and polite. Smug villagers seem to be a mix between the jock and lazy personalities, and are kind, lively but can come off as conceited. Smug villagers cannot be a [[Starting villager|starter villager]], and can only move in after the player becomes mayor (in {{NL|short|nolink}}) or after the first campsite visitor has been invited, which will always be a smug villager (in {{NH|short}}). O'Hare will find it very easy to get along with [[lazy]], [[normal]], [[peppy]], and other smug villagers. [[Cranky]] villagers, however, may be difficult for him to get along with.

As an islander in {{PG|nolink}}, O'Hare has a favorite fruit and one he is allergic to. He is allergic to peaches and loves oranges, meaning giving him the former reduces the likelihood of him dropping [[Bell]]s, and giving him the latter increases the likelihood of him dropping Bells.

As an islander, O'Hare's [[Villager house|house]] in {{PG|nolink}} will begin with only one [[furniture]] item, along with the {{I|exotic wall|PG}} and {{I|bamboo flooring|PG}}. He will request specific items for the player to give to him, which he will place in his house. After he places two items in his house, he will upgrade his [[wallpaper]], and after he places five items, he will upgrade his [[flooring]]. [[Norma]] requests for the same items as O'Hare, although her house has different wallpaper and flooring.
