I'm going to propose deletion of this article. It's not an event; it's actually DLC and is already covered at Distributed items/City Folk. Drago (talk)

I do think it's worth documenting these little celebrations somewhere though like we do on Nook Shopping seasonal event. There were several of these IIRC --
