I really don't understand why we have a navigation box for public works project. I understand that we have to list the buildings here, since they are public work projects here, but since every decorations links go to "Public works project" that specify sections that do not even exist anymore...the template is merely listing buildings, and not much else. Maybe there is merit to list buildings from public works project, though if that's the case, listing it in {{Locations}} might make more sense to identify these buildings and whatnot instead of being in its own navbox.
