It can be placed on the surface of tables and other similar furniture that have surfaces for items. As a photo item, interacting with the photo will give information on Stitches's birthday, star sign, and favorite saying.
Stitches's pic can be obtained from Stitches either if the player has high friendship with him, or if the player managed to catch Blanca when she is disguised as Stitches during April Fools' Day. This item is lucky while Stitches is currently living in the player's town, meaning it gives a 7,777-point Happy Home Academy bonus when placed in the player's house.
