Different users have access to different functions of the site. While anyone can do most things on the site, including reading and editing, bureaucrats can access a few additional functions.
Bureaucrat Abilities
These additional functions are:
- Adding new staff.
- Removing some staff (see below).
A bureaucrat can make other users into bureaucrats or administrators on their own wiki. They can also remove staff who have done wrongdoing or been inactive. Although he cannot remove bureaucrat or propetior right

Becoming an administrator
To become a bureaucrat, the user must already be a administrator and be promoted by an propetior.
How do admins grant rollback or admin rights?
Staff
The "founder" of a wiki, the person who first requested it, is given administrator access automatically. Founders are also given bureaucrat access so they can make any other user on their wiki an administrator or bureaucrat. For a complete list of users with administrator access, see Special:Listusers/sysop. An up-to-date list of the entire wiki staff can always be found on this page.
Animal Crossing Wiki will at no point have more than six bureaucrats. If at any point a bureaucrat goes inactive, any active administrators at this time may request to fill the vacant bureaucrat seat.
