Japanese Names

To all members of Project Clean-Up, could we make redirects for most of the foreign names for villagers? I started by adding Nikoban as a redirect to Bob, since Tomi already exists as a redirect to Bones. Could this become a goal of project clean-up? 20:46, September 6, 2020 (EDT)

I think this would be better suited for the Project Villager actually, since it's about creation of villager redirects instead of cleaning up existing content. That being said, I think it's a solid idea, and it's something we can actually automate. The thing to keep in mind though: many names are used across several languages. Hey guys, I'm Elephant Lady and I am new here! I love Animal Crossing and would love to be part of this collaborative team. I like to correct spellings, research other wikis to confirm information and spend time phrasing my words. I can be our leader because:

• I was a Brownie Sixer when I was at Brownies
• I like to confirm information before posting
• I'd like to help

Hello Elephant Lady! We're glad that you're excited to help out with this project, and you did a great job putting together your list of qualifications. That said, I think it would be better if you had a bit more experience making edits to the wiki before taking the leader spot for this project. Right now you've made most of your edits on your userpage. I would encourage you to branch out and make edits to the pages that Project Cleanup deals with. Or, if you have other plans for the project, you could talk about them a bit more here and maybe make some edits that provide an example for the kind of work you'd like to do.

Ok, so I have uploaded files for Inkwell/Gallery and Holden/Gallery. I would also like to:

• Correct spellings such as Tom Nool and things like that
• Get more high-quality images
• Interest more people to help and join
• Use my love of ACNH to inspire
• Get more thumbnails
• More images in general
• Develop stubs into awesome pages
• be part of a collaborative team

why can i be your leader

hi i am Nook Gamer 333 and i want to be your leader because:

• at school we are learning about the enviroment
• my brownie sixser has teached me to be a leader
• i will make good desishens about stuff

i am a good person and id love to help with the cleen-up progecte

I would like to help a lot in this project and be a leader. I also have plans to improve this project such as: uploading better quality images (AF screenshots and amiibos), categorizing files, expanding stubs, updating outdated pages (Such as changing templates, adding table instead of list e.t.c), creating pages (and templates) and checking if any file is not duplicated. I see that you did go ahead and upload a few images to our gallery pages, but a project leader should have much more extensive experience spanning at least several weeks (preferably, months).
