'''Velma''' is a [[snooty]] [[goat]] [[villager]] in the {{SER}}. She first appeared in {{DnM}}, and after her appearance in {{DnMe+}}, she remained absent from the series until {{NL}}. She is the only snooty goat in the series. Her English name may be based on her resemblance to the ''{{Wp|Scooby-Doo}}'' cartoon character named {{Wp|Velma Dinkley}}. Her catchphrase, "blih," is likely from the noise goats make.

==Characteristics==

===Appearance===
Velma is a pink goat with dark pink freckles, white hooves, and glasses. Her glasses are slightly cat-eyed, and have light blue in the middle to give the glass effect. Her ears stick out abnormally, and are placed almost just under her pointy yellow horns with white tips, which point backward. She has brown, choppy hair and a small beard at the tip of her chin, making her the only female goat with facial hair.

===Personality===

Velma has a snooty personality, which means she can be cruel and bitter. But, after talking and doing errands for Velma, after a while she may gradually warm up to the player. She will not get along with jock personalities, because she will dislike their comments about her fitness and looks. She will get along with other [[snooty]] villagers and [[cranky]] villagers too. She will not like [[lazy]] villagers either because she will not understand their laid back, no fashion lives. She will usually get along with [[normal]] personalities, but they look up to her and admire her, and she sometimes says their fashion style is not that good and maybe comments on their hair, which usually leaves the normal villager disappointed. She may make jokes about [[peppy]] villagers as they are so happy and jumpy.
