Cockroaches
The Cockroach Ghosts were in Animal Forest on the N64 (before pikmin) I don't know if that counts as a cameo. --Dvorakelt 18:56, 8 February 2012 (EST)

Rename + possible split
Shouldn't this page be renamed to "References"? Cameo implies there's something from another franchise actually appearing in the game, which is not always the case. Additionally, I feel like there's enough content to split this into List of references to the Animal Crossing series and List of references in the Animal Crossing series, leaving this as a disambiguation page for the two. ~ AlexBot2004 (Talk) 18:47, September 24, 2020 (EDT)

11:49, September 25, 2020 (EDT)- Support Definitely enough content here for a split, and I agree that 'Cameos' is not a descriptive nor accurate title. Splatoonwiki uses 'References to Splatoon in other media' which I like, but we do have a habit of starting our list pages with 'List of...'.
